Is Razer Synapse really necessary?

You MUST run synapse in order for any of the settings to remain as you’ve set them. If you close it, it will return to the default colors and the default DPI levels of 450, 900, 1800 and 3500. I will never buy another Razer product until they get rid of Synapse.
